Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. A proof of purchase will be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
